The rear-facing wall on the main level is covered in tall windows. Its middle portion, where the dining area is located, sets back. This adds both architectural interest and additional windows on the interior walls of the portion that boxes out.

This introduces light to the mealtime experience from multiple angles. The window placement also creates a visual extension of the space, making the dining area and adjacent great room feel larger.

In the great room, the focal point is a a box-shaped fireplace surrounded in full-height glossy tile.

On the other side of the dining area is an L-shaped kitchen featuring an abundance of storage. A wide array of cabinets on two walls keep things organized and uncluttered. In the show home, dark cabinets play off of a lighter full-height glossy tile.

This storage is further supported through a walk-through pantry that connects to the mudroom. A stainless steel fridge with french doors and wall oven flank the entrance to this pantry. A stylish chimney-style hoodfan is displayed here as well.

There’s also an island below pendant lighting with a sink and seating for at least three people.

People who work remotely will appreciate a flex room just off the foyer. In the show home, this space is staged as a home office, but it can serve a variety of other uses, such as a craft room. This space is closed off by a sliding barn door.

Natural light continues to be a theme on the second level, including the luxurious master ensuite. An elegant free-standing tub beneath a large window is flanked by separate sinks. This provides plenty of elbow room, making it easier for both members of a couple to get ready for their day at the same time.

In a similar vein, the second floor’s full bathroom has two sinks beneath a full-length mirror. This is useful for when the children of the family want to brush their teeth and hair at the same time.

The master bedroom is also equipped with a generously proportioned walk-in closet, with enough space to operate as a dressing room.

On the opposite side of the top floor two secondary bedrooms are positioned side by side. These bedrooms are similar in square footage, reducing the chance of the children of the family arguing over who gets the larger sleep space.
