Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies program has been operating since 1993, evaluating the performance of companies with revenues of $50 million or more. The 2024 cohort of Alberta builders were singled out for excellence in leadership in the areas of strategy, culture, commitment, capabilities, innovation, governance and finance. After rigorous and independent evaluation, companies may qualify for Best Managed, Gold or Platinum Club status, which is dependent on consistent ranking year after year.

It was a three-peat for Edmonton-based Carrington Communities, maintaining its Best Managed designation.

“We are very proud of our team in not only sustaining a high level of organizational excellence, but also in successfully implementing our corporate growth strategy with our recent expansion into the Calgary region,” said Cam Ferchoff, president of Bedrock Homes and Carrington Homes, divisions of the Carrington Group of Companies. “We would like to thank our staff for their continued hard work and commitment to the organization over the last year.”
