Billy Talent, Metric, Bryson Tiller part of Calgary Stampede's Coca-Cola Stage lineup

The hits keep coming as the Calgary Stampede revealed the musical lineup for the Coca-Cola Stage this summer.

Performers Billy Talent, Metric, Bryson Tiller and The Beaches are among the names taking to the stage during the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth from July 5 to 14.

“Renowned for bringing music fans together, the Coca-Cola Stage continues to deliver an unforgettable music experience showcasing incredible talent,” said Theresa Howland, vice-president of programming, marketing and sponsorship at the Calgary Stampede in a statement released Thursday.

“No matter when you stop by be ready to see your favourite artists or discover something new to add to your playlist. With global and emerging talent sharing the stage every day there is no shortage of great music.”

Other headline acts slated for the Coca-Cola Stage are Alison Wonderland, Benson Boone, Chelsea Cutler, Dean Lewis, Dillon Francis, G-Eazy, Jessie Murph, Logic, Noah Cyrus, Ocean Alley and Orville Peck.

More artists take to the stage at various times throughout the day.

Performances on the outdoor Coca-Cola Stage are included with the price of admission to the Calgary Stampede.

Thursday’s announcement follows other reveals this week about musical entertainment at this year’s Stampede.

The full lineup at the Big Four Roadhouse was unveiled Wednesday, which includes a headline show by The Dead South and Shakey Graves.

Local country star Lindsay Ell will be among the singers gracing the stage at Nashville North, it was revealed Tuesday.

The Hunter Brothers were announced last week as headliners for the Grandstand Show.

A number of big-name acts are slated to play the Saddledome during Stampede, including Nickelback on July 14, Miranda Lambert on July 12, and Mötley Crüe on July 11.

Meanwhile, Tate McRae will be headlining the Cowboys Music Festival, performing on July 5.
